Clear, expert analysis of your team - where they excel and what’s holding them back?
Are deeply held convictions inadvertently holding you back as a team? You see, things are never as fixed as we may believe. 'Certainties' that we are absolutely sure of are our blind spot – and can be our downfall if we never think to challenge them. So, challenge them!
This exercise guides you in identifying some deeply rooted, yet possibly false, beliefs. Subsequently, you will critically examine these through a unique "what if" lens, exploring potential scenarios you've never considered. This isn't about discarding what you know or becoming the ultimate sceptic – it's about cultivating a culture of curiosity, continuous inquiry, and the ability to see what no one else saw coming.
