These Terms & Conditions explain the agreement between you ("user", "client") and Zeal Solutions Limited ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Site, creating an ATP account, purchasing ATP products, or completing ATP surveys, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated version.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not continue to use the Site.

Zeal Solutions Ltd provides the Amazing Team Performance (ATP) System, including:

• ATP Diagnostics

• ATP Team Reports

• ATP Emotional Engine insights

• ATP Leadership Layer insights

• ATP Feedback Sessions

• ATP Coaching

• ATP Team Talks

• ATP Team Workshops

• Interventions and digital tools

• Bundles and combined services

• Future subscription services

These services may evolve over time.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully.

You must not:

• upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

• submit defamatory, misleading, obscene, or offensive material

• attempt to disrupt or hack the Site

• use the ATP system for unlawful or unethical purposes

• attempt to reverse-engineer or copy ATP scoring, algorithms, or content

We use anti-virus protection, but we cannot guarantee the Site is free from all malicious code. You are responsible for your own digital security.

To access ATP services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate information

• keep passwords confidential

• update your details when necessary

Your account may be suspended or removed if you breach these Terms.

This is important.

All content on the ATP Microsite — including the:

• ATP Performance Model

• ATP Emotional Engine

• Leadership Layer

• Scoring structures

• Survey questions

• Reports, diagrams, visuals, graphics

• Tools, interventions, and written content

• Designs and branding

— is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, translate, or create derivative works without written permission from Zeal Solutions Ltd.

All rights are reserved.

Purchases may be made via:

• Stripe

• Bank transfer

• Invoice

Bundled products include any combination of:

• Reports

• Feedback sessions

• Interventions

Delivery timelines will be outlined during purchase.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

If you invite staff to complete ATP surveys, you confirm:

• you are authorised to do so

• your organisation will use the data responsibly

• participants understand why the survey is being used

You may only use ATP outputs internally unless you have written permission for external use.

Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• what data we collect

• how we use it

• your rights

• data retention (7 years for ATP diagnostics)

• our role as Data Controller or Data Processor

By using ATP services, you agree to our data handling practices.

We may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or accuracy.

We aim to provide accurate and helpful information. However, ATP insights are interpretive tools and do not constitute guaranteed outcomes or legal, medical, or organisational advice.

• losses related to reliance on ATP insights

• misuse of surveys or reports

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• the Terms are breached

• misuse or harmful behaviour occurs

• non-payment persists

• illegal activity is suspected

These Terms are governed by English law.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
