How to Request a Refund

Date of purchase
Reason for refund
We respond within 3–4 business days.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
ATP Reports
Refunds available if:
surveys have NOT been issued, OR
no ATP report has been generated
Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any unused report credits will be removed.
ATP Feedback
Refund available if:
the feedback session has not taken place
cancellation occurs within 30 days of purchase
No refunds after the session has been delivered.
ATP Interventions / Tools
Non-refundable.
Due to the digital and intellectual nature of our interventions, once access is granted, we are unable to issue refunds. This includes any tools, learning resources, or downloadable materials associated with your intervention purchase.
ATP Coaching
Refunds depend on how far in advance cancellation is received:
